Our program offers lessons in rhythmic and expressive movement across diverse activities and settings.

Though Dance (DA) belongs to Creative Arts, our PE program focuses on PDHPE (PD) outcomes, helping students develop coordination, timing, and expressive skills through creative, tempo-based challenges.

Every lesson is led by NESA Accredited teachers who bring expertise and innovative methods to deliver engaging, progressive PE experiences.
